has established a partnership with like-minded independent consultants
in the United States to form Harris, Paulin & Neal (HPN) - with
the objective of supporting European SMEs seeking to enter the huge
but very different US market.
Harris, Paulin
& Neal has had a great deal of practical experience "in the trenches"
with wide experience of European SMEs "Coming To America" - leading
to many successful business launches and, equally as positive, some
recommendations not to launch - over the past 11 years.

navigated, translated, networked and interim managed intensely in
the USA for European SMEs during more than twenty long term and
extensive "action research" programmes with a greater than 75% success
rate.
